Before you begin with the drills, separate the players in small groups of 2 to 3 players.

Heading volleyball: The flawless method to master the skill of heading the ball is this. It is simple for two players to perform it alongside each other in such drills for soccer. It is similar to the game of volleyball except that players use their heads instead of hands to throw the ball over to the other side of the net. The best protein supplement is absolutely NOT a whey protein supplement.

As A Matter Of Fact, for approximately 88% of white individuals, a whey protein supplement is TOXIC.

So, if you are white and using a whey protein supplement, you have an 88% chance to be doing yourself wilful injury.

I’d like you to meet lectins

Lectins are a class of proteins that have the misfortune of chemically reacting with certain blood types while being completely neutral to others. Lectins are found in different foods and as such these foods will react poorly with certain blood types
When you eat lectins that are incompatible with your blood type you create digestive, metabolic and immune distress. The foundation for this distress is that lectins will make your blood cells, as well as other cells, to bind to one another. O Blood Type – 47%

Type O and Type A should not consume either whey or casein as it contains lectins that react negatively with their blood type — source, a very well referenced and popular nutritionary science book which I will be disclosing later for suspension reasons.

This information is verified scientific fact, with tens of thousands of people who have seen its veridicity.

47% (type O) + 41% (Type A) = 88% of the white population – is warned against consuming either whey or casein – these two are the most ordinarily referenced as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.

Stop to think about this for a second!
If the best protein supplement is the protein that works best for the most people, and the most best-selling protein supplement, whey, is not good for about 88% of the caucasian population — How can a whey protein supplement be the best protein supplement?

Only so you don’t overreact to these statements let me append a few things:
– the O blood type, if healthy, will remain free of symptoms with occasonsal whey intake, however, even healthy type O’s should not eat casein AT ALL;
– for type the aforesaid rules likewise apply — with one exception, for blood type A there is a 20% probability that the lectins in whey will be neutral, but you have to test for this

!! please don’t make the presumption that merely because you are a healthy type O (or A) you should eat whey, it is still detrimental for you. Consuming a bag of chips won’t make you ill, but it still has distressing effects on your body. Why should you lessen your results when there are choices that are actually instance for the type O, beef has a constructive effect on health. Just throw out that whey and consume beef if your blood type is O. Type A should not adopt this strategy.

What you should realize here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood. You look at people on forums posting and babbling about the best protein supplement without recognizing that:

1 the best protein supplement is based on something called the best protein

2 the best protein doesn’t exist because all people don’t respond well to all protein – let me to say this again: no protein is beneficial for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.

And what is healthy for you is bad for someone else, so the whole concept of the best protein supplement is absolute marketing hype.
